## Add a newsletter signup link to your menus

If you'd like to add a link to your newsletter signup page (hosted by your mailing list provider), you can add a Custom Link to your main or footer menu, and set it to open in a new tab:

1. In your dashboard, visit Appearance > Menus 
2. Select Screen Options (in the upper right-hand corner) and check the box next to "Link Target" under **Show advanced menu properties**
3. Next to "Select a menu to edit:" choose "Main Menu" or "Footer Menu" from the dropdown, then click **Select**
4. Under **Add menu items** expand the **Custom Links **section
5. Add the full external URL for your mailing list signup page to the URL field, then put the text for the menu item (for example: "Newsletter") under Link Text
6. Press the **Add to Menu** button
7. On the right side, drag the Newsletter link to the preferred location in the menu
8. Select the down arrow on the right side of the Newsletter link to show additional options, and check the box next to "Open link in a new tab"
9. Press the **Save Menu** button

## Embed a newsletter signup form in a page

If you'd like to embed your mailing list provider's signup form directly in one of your pages, email us at [support@filmbot.com](mailto\:support@filmbot.com) to request embed editing access for your account. Once it's enabled, you can paste the embed code from your provider into the page editor.
