The Renewal Link Request page allows your members to request a link to renew their current membership, which will then be emailed directly to their inbox. Adding this page to your site will make it easier for your members to renew their existing memberships, including members having trouble finding the link contained in their [Reminder Emails](docId\:YDS-TN6_lf_U3HDrUjmZ8). Your team can also email this same URL to any member seeking to renew their membership, rather than needing to locate that member's unique renewal link from the admin to provide to them. We recommend adding this page as a menu item titled "Renew Your Membership" for members to easily access and renew their memberships on their own.

### To create a Renewal Link Request page:

1. In your admin, visit Pages > Add New
2. Add a title to your page in the Title field at the top of the page, just below the Edit Page heading
3. On the right sidebar, go to Page Attributes > Template and select the Renewal Link Request template from the dropdown menu
4. Select the Publish button in the Publish section of the sidebar
5. If you'd like, add a message or image (or both) to the freeform field on the page editor
6. Below the freeform field is the **Renewal Link Request Settings** section that contains the **Instructional Text** field.  This text will appear directly above the email input field on the page, and if the field is empty, the message defaults to:*"To receive your renewal link, please enter the email associated with your membership:"*
7. Select the Update button in the Publish section of the sidebar to save your changes.

### Recipient Emails

After a member selects the Submit button on the page, they will receive an email that contains their Membership Code, Primary Email Address and their renewal link.

If the member's email address is associated with multiple memberships, the email will display the Membership Code, Primary Email Address and renewal link for each membership.
