Your "current site" is the one that will load when someone visits your root domain. For example, if your domain is example.com and you have a new festival site each year, you'll want to make sure that people load example.com/thisyear instead of example.com/lastyear when they type in example.com. Click "Make this my current site" to make the site you're logged into now, your "current site".
