Find Orders
You can view all Orders on your site by going to Sales > Orders in your Dashboard.
You'll notice five links above the Orders list:
- All - the full list of all orders of any type, except archived orders
- Paid - Orders that have successfully been charged
- In Progress - Orders that have been started, but are awaiting payment
- Cancelled - Orders that were created and refunded
- Archived - Most orders are archived 90 days after the appropriate showtime, or in some cases - cancelled orders with refunds, memberships, donations or orders that are just products and not tickets - 90 days after they were created. While Archived Orders can be searched for in the Sales > Orders page, the details will be a plain text summary of the items in the order and the event history. You'll need to click on "see order for details" in the Archived Order to bring up that summary.
These are various Order statuses, and if you click any of these links, the list of Orders will be updated to only show Orders of that status.
Between the four Order status links and the actual table of Orders itself, there is a set of text inputs and checkboxes next to a "Filter" button. These tools allow you to filter the Orders list by specific parameters. Specifically, those parameters are:
- Order ID — Search by the Order's ID string. If the ID you're looking for is #322rdc for example, you could search for 322rdc (no # symbol) to find it.
- Last Name — Search by the Customer's last name.
- Email — Search by the Customer's email address. You can search by partial email addresses here—for example, to find all Orders from Customers with Gmail email addresses, you can enter just "@gmail.com" (without quotes) in this search field.
- Card Last 4 — Search by the last 4 digits of the Customer's card number.
Tap “Find Order” located in the top bar, enter the Order ID, last name, customer email address, or last 4 digits of the customer's credit card, then tap the row.
