Add or change products

Before you add a product

  1. Set up the categories your products will be part of, so concessionaires can easily switch between various categories to find products
  2. Set up reporting categories to allow you to quickly run reports on specific types of products
  3. Set up sales tax rules to account for the different sales taxes in your jurisdiction for different types of products

To add a product

  1. Click on Products > Add New
  2. Enter the Price, select the Sales Tax Category and specify whether tax is included in the price.
  3. In Categories, add the product to a Concessions Category and a Reporting Category

To change a product

  1. Visit Products > Products
  2. Enter the product name in the search box, then click Search Products
  3. Select the product from the list
  4. Make the necessary changes and select Save
