Concession Categories

In order to organize concessions into categories to most quickly find and sell concessions at the Box Office, create concession categories by going to Products > Concession Categories > Add New.

To add multiple concessions to a concessions category, go to Products > Products > Check the checkbox beside the relevant concessions > Select Edit from Bulk Actions > Apply > Type in the specific concessions category (i.e. Candy) > Update.

On the Concession Categories page, you can drag and drop categories on the list, to arrange the order the categories will display in the Box Office App. The "Order within Category" number on each individual concession page can also be edited to determine the display order for the Concessions categories (0= first, 1= second, etc).

You can also choose not to create concession categories, in which case all concessions will display together in one alphabetical list.

Please note that once concessions have been assigned to a concession category, you will need to edit each concession individually in order to change its concession category, which can be accomplished with hovering over the individual Product and selecting Quick Edit.
