Apply Discounts
After tickets and/or concessions have been added to an order, you can tap the "Apply Discount Code" checkbox above the payment buttons, which will bring up a search field to enter the customer’s email address, last name, or code. The code can be a promotion code, membership code, or ticket pack code.
Once their available discounts show up, tap the row to apply their discount. Up to 20 codes will be listed, active codes expiring soonest will be at the top of the list, and expired codes will be at the bottom of the list, with their expiration date in red. (It's possible to enable or disable displaying expired codes in the Box Office App settings.)
You will then return to the main screen, where the discount is applied to the order.
Please note that a customer may have multiple discount codes available, for example if they are a member who has also received additional promotion discounts, but only one discount code can be applied per order.
