Box Office App settings

To view the Box Office App settings, tap the gear icon when logging in and use code 2112, or if you are logged in to another account, tap your username in the top right corner and select Settings. You can then adjust the following settings:
PRINTER_IP
The IP address of your Printer﻿﻿
API_ROOT
The URL to connect the POS to Filmbot, which we will provide. Should typically be https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/nj/v1/
Please always ensure that the trailing forward slash is included in the URL
API_DEVICE_NAME
The identifier for your Station, found in Sales > Stations > your station name > Identifier
API_KEY
The API key found in Sales > Stations > your station name > Api key. The API Key is case sensitive and contains no spaces.
PRINT_SIGNATURE_RECEIPT
Prints out a second receipt to collect a customer signature with for credit card transactions. This is only printed if the staff member manually chooses to print a receipt.
AUTO_PRINT
Automatically prints tickets for transactions
HOME_DEFAULT_VIEW
Select tickets or concessions to make that the default view when logging into the Station
WPAPI_CACHE_TTL
For Filmbot internal use only
PAYMENT_GATEWAY
Select Stripe to collect credit card payments at this Station, none to use it as a cash or check-only Station.
STRIPE
Use this option to select the Stripe Card Reader﻿ to associate with this Station
STRIPE.ENABLE_TIPPING
Select this checkbox to enable the tipping function. Make sure to have suggested tips﻿ configured in your Dashboard before enabling. Note: enabling tipping may take several minutes to activate on the Stripe Card Reader.
GIFT_CARD
If you accept gift cards, most customers would set this to gift-up. Otherwise, select none. Please contact [email protected] for questions if you use another solution
CHECK
Select this if you would like a "check" payment option in addition to cash and credit card.

For Filmbot internal use

DISCOUNTS.INCLUDE_EXPIRED
When selected, this will display expired promotion codes when Apply Discounts﻿﻿
