Can you accept split payments for an order?
Yes, select the first payment method and edit the amount to be charged on the keypad screen, then tap the second payment method to be charged for the remainder of the order.
Can tickets be purposefully oversold for a screening?
Yes, but only on General Admission showtimes. Reserved Seating showtimes can only be oversold if it was marked Sold Out in the Scheduler when it's not actually at capacity (in this case, some seats will still be available). A Manager pin is required in the Box Office app to perform an oversell.
Is there a minimum amount for a credit card transaction?
The minimum amount that Stripe will accept for a credit card transaction is $.50.
How can I search for orders paid with cash?
Tap “Find Order” located at the top-center of the menu items and enter "cash" into the search field.
Can Memberships be sold at the Box Office?
Since there is a lot of information that a customer needs to fill out when purchasing a membership, they can only be sold on your website.
