Gift Cards
Accept Gift Up codes in the Filmbot Box Office
- Ensure you have updated to Version 2.5.0 of the Filmbot Box Office app
- In Settings, choose Gift Up as the gift card payment method in the box office settings.
- When a customer wishes to use their Gift Up code at the box office, choose the Gift Card payment method and type their code into the Gift Card field
Note: If the available gift card credit is less than the total price at the box office, an error message will display that shows how much is remaining on the card. The exact amount can be shared with the customer to confirm they are ok with providing an additional payment method. If so, the exact amount on the gift card can then be entered in the keypad as a partial payment when proceeding with the transaction again.
