Create a blog

if you want to keep your customers updated on the new developments of your theater with chronological news posts such as upcoming screenings, menu changes or renovations you can create a blog first, you'll need to create some blog posts! creating blog posts for each news article you want to add to your blog, create a post in your dashboard, visit posts > add new give your post a title ("we've got comfortable new seats") and then add the content of your post to the editor underneath in the right sidebar, click on set featured image and upload an appropriate image, which will later be used to showcase your post in the blog click on publish, and your post will be live creating a blog page a blog page allows a customer to scroll through past blog posts in chronological order we by default include a latest news blog page in the dashboard, go to pages > latest news if for some reason you do not have a blog page configured, feel free to write us at support\@filmbot com and let us know you'd like to set one up highlighting recent blog posts on your home page you can use the blog panel docid\ qzpfju103yyho bhtwbsf in the overview flexible template docid\ utcyzwkwoxtyerre2oouw to showcase your blog posts to add that panel, you can use our instructions on edit your home page docid 4ckftzmf6dr t0h2kcfgp to add the blog page to your top menu in your dashboard, visit appearance > menus choose main menu from the pull down, then click select check the checkbox next to news (or the name of your blog), then click add to menu on the right side, drag the news page to the preferred location in the menu click save menu to add the blog page to your footer menu in your dashboard, visit appearance > menus choose footer menu from the pull down, then click select check the checkbox next to news (or the name of your blog), then click add to menu on the right side, drag the news page to the preferred location in the menu click save menu
