Memberships

The Memberships Report provides a list of members, with information on when they signed up, how many times they've renewed, and other key information.
When generating this report, you can limit results to particular Membership plans, Statuses (Active/Pending Activation/Inactive), Signup Date, Signup or Renewal Date, or Expiration Date.
This report can be limited to include active memberships, inactive memberships, pending activation (undelivered gift) or all three. Find the following details on this report about your memberships:
Column Name | Column Description |

Code | This member's unique identifier code. |
Alternate Code | If an alternate code has been assigned to a membership, it will appear here. If no memberships have an alternate code, this column will not appear in the report. |
Plan | The plan this member is currently on. |
Type | Specifies whether the plan is for a single member, or is a dual membership for two. |
Previous Plan | If the member's plan was changed upon renewal, this will show their last membership plan. If no members have changed their plan, this column will not appear in the report. |
Term | The membership term (monthly or annual). |
Signup Date | The original date that an annual or monthly member signed up. |
Cancellation Date (Monthly Only) | The date the customer cancelled their membership (Monthly Only). |
Current Term End | The last day of their current monthly or annual term. |
Status | Active, Pending Activation, or Inactive. If a monthly membership has a failed payment, "past due" will also show here. |
Renewal Payment Date | The date and time of the member's last renewal payment. |
Renewal Paid Through | The date and time of when the membership is scheduled to renew. Only appears if the membership is scheduled to renew. |
Last Payment | The last payment made by the customer. |
Gifted? | If the membership is a gift, there will be a lower-case x in this column. |
Number of Renewals | For annual members, this field represents the number of times the member's account has renewed after the expiration of their prior membership term. For monthly members, this number represents the number of successive months they've successfully renewed following their original signup date. |
Total Paid | How much this member has paid over the duration of their membership. |
Current Tickets Discounted | The number of tickets a member has discounted with their membership during the current term of their membership. |
Total Tickets Discounted | Total number of tickets a member has discounted with their membership during the current and all prior terms of their membership. |
Current Tickets Remaining | Total number of discounted tickets a member can still redeem during their current monthly or annual membership term. This field will say "Unlimited" if the "Discounted tickets allowed per code" field is left blank. |
Average Tickets Per Month | The average number of tickets that a member has discounted with their membership from the start of their membership. |
Current Amount Discounted | Total dollar amount that has been discounted from tickets and products by a member during their current annual or monthly term. |
Total Amount Discounted | The total amount discounted for all tickets and products, across all membership terms. |
Member 1 Name | The member's full name. |
Member 1 Email | The member's full email address. |
Member 1 Birthdate | The member's birthday (if selected as an option for members to enter at sign up). |
Member 2 Name, Email & Birthdate | If the membership is Dual, it will display the second member's information in these fields. |
Mailing Address, Mailing City, Mailing State, Mailing Postal Code, Mailing Country, Phone | This member's contact information. |
Interests | Selected by this member at sign up based on your Interests question. |
Source | Selected by this member at sign up based on your entered Sources, typically how they heard about you. |
