No-show Discounted Tickets report
Location: Sales > Reports > Customers Available Format(s): CSV download Dates available: Maximum range of 30 days, through yesterday. Report cuts off nightly at 3am.
The No-show Discounted Tickets report can help your team identify customers who are reserving discounted seats but not attending showtimes, when those tickets may have been purchased at full price. This report includes any order that contains discounted tickets in which all of the ordered tickets were not scanned. (Note that all tickets must be scanned by an usher or Box Office staff member in order for the report to be accurate)
This report is particularly helpful to monitor if your cinema offers memberships with free tickets, to make sure that members are not reserving free tickets and then not attending, keeping tickets from others for sold out showtimes. You may want to reach out to members who regularly order tickets for these showtimes but do not use them.
