Sales Overview

The Sales Overview page on your Dashboard summarizes the daily ticket sales on your site. It's a useful page for getting a higher-level look at sales data.

To find this page, navigate to Sales > Sales Overview in your Dashboard. Today's showtimeswill be automatically displayed, but you can use the date picker in the upper left-hand corner or the arrows next to today's date to change which day you want displayed. Underneath the date, you'll find statistics on the Gross (total gross sales for this day excluding booking fees) and Tickets (the number of total tickets sold for this day).

Underneath, you'll find a list of Auditoriums, with a pie chart displaying information for the number of tickets sold that day for each Movie, Program or Special Event showtime in each Auditorium. The pie charts also contain the unsold tickets for each showtime, according to the capacity of each Auditorium.

There's a pop-out icon to the right of each showtime which will direct you to a list of the individual Orders sold for each showtime.
