Use the Activity Log

Curious about who was logged into a particular Station, how many exchanges were done on a particular date, or see if a reminder to renew or use a promo code was sent? The Activity Log lets you search for various interactions with Filmbot that customers or staff may have.

To use the Activity Log, log in to your Dashboard and visit Sales > Activity Log. You can use the search function in the upper right hand corner to search for a particular event type, customer or code, or you can select a particular category of event to look at and filter by date.

While there can be many types of events in the activity log, these are some of the most common.
