Visual Sales Charts
on the dashboard, there are interactive sales charts for showtimes, products and total sales for you to easily review sales metrics over a select period of time these charts are primarily for comparing your current sales to past sales, and can also be re ordered by dragging and dropping their containers on the same page, so you can prioritize what you'd prefer to see first every chart, by default, displays the total and previous revenue for the selected reporting period current values are represented by the solid line, and previous values are represented by the dotted line adjusting and customizing charts there are 3 dropdown menus at the top of each chart that allow you to customize what information is presented in the corresponding chart the dropdown menu on the upper left side has preset timeframes you can select last 7 days last 28 days last 12 weeks last 52 weeks last playweek (friday to thursday) last 4 playweeks last 12 playweeks last 52 playweeks the middle dropdown menu contains preset time periods for comparison, which are represented by the dotted line in the graph previous period (compares the selected time period with the preceding period) previous year (compares the selected period with same period from last year, if available) no comparison (removes the dotted line from the graph) the menu on the upper right side allows you to switch between daily and weekly sales totals you can hover your cursor over the lines in the chart for more details on daily and weekly metrics showtimes in the showtimes chart, you can select the tickets option to display the number of tickets sold you can also select revenue to display the gross sales in dollars for tickets sold the dates on this chart are the showtime dates, and the chart displays the final grosses for those listed dates this chart does not display advance sales products in the products chart, you can use the categories filter to display some or all of your created reporting categories if you select multiple categories, the line represents the sum total of all selected categories total sales in the total sales chart, there are six different categories you can add or remove to display the sales revenue in dollars generated by the selected categories total sales box office gross products memberships donations gift cards active memberships in the active memberships chart, you can see these more specific metrics related to membership transactions on certain date(s) by hovering over the lines in the chart the number of gained or lost memberships in the pop up equals new signups plus reactivations minus expirations total active new signups reactivations (members who renewed their membership via the renewal link after their membership expired ) renewals (members who renewed their membership via the renewal link before their membership expired ) expirations select qty in the chart to see the number of active memberships (please note individual and dual memberships are each tracked as one active membership) you can also select revenue to see the sales revenue in dollars generated by membership signups, renewals, and reactivations the filter in this chart defaults to total memberships, but you can select other filters from the dropdown to track data for specific membership plans
