in order to correctly report grosses to movie distributors, it's important to add the distributor for each show and specify how you want to report the earnings to add a distributor go to movie > distributors click on add new fill out the distributor contact information in the name, contact name(s), contact email(s) and payment address fields only name is mandatory if that distributor supports electronic box office reports (ebors), select whether the distributor should receive them via comscore (swift) or maccsbox you can also add a distributor when you're adding a new movie by clicking on the add a new distributor link ebor reporting schedule ebors are sent on a weekly basis to comscore and maccsbox for the prior friday through thursday week after midnight each friday modifying a weekly ebor report if you need to revise an ebor, visit sales > 3rd party reporting, find the week for the showtime(s) you need to revise, and click on send adjustment you'll then be able to manually modify the grosses as needed and resend the ebor manual box office reports for distributors who do not accept box office reports via comscore swift or maccsbox, you can download and then send a box office report to a distributor by visiting sales > reports > ticket sales > box office report and downloading the csv for the appropriate show and date range
