Memberships Reporting
Learn how memberships are featured in different reports by checking out the information below.
Revenue associated with annual and monthly membership sales, as well as matured monthly membership sales, on a given day will be included in the Sales Summary report.

Find the following details on this report about your memberships sales:
(Credit column) Monthly Membership Sales | New purchases and renewals |
---|---|
(Credit column) Annual Membership Sales | New purchases and renewals |
(Debit & Credit columns) Matured Monthly Memberships | Amount paid by customers for monthly memberships one month ago, which can now be recognized as revenue because the customers received their full month membership benefits, regardless of whether they redeemed their discounts or not. |
(Debit column) Membership Service Fees | If you've elected to charge an additional service fee for your membership plan, those will show up here, charged on the day of service. |

The Memberships report gives you a comprehensive overview of your members, so that you have full visibility into which plans are most popular, how many discounted tickets each member has redeemed, the interests of every member with their emails so that you can send them targeted marketing campaigns, and many more helpful details.
