Schedule Showtimes
Reschedule a show
- Change the date on the showtime in the Scheduler, by selecting on it and updating the date/time fields.
- The tickets and orders will remain attached to the showtime at its new time.
Note that if the original showtimes are today, you will need to reschedule the showtimes before 3am tonight. Once a showtime has passed, it can't be rescheduled.
After moving the showtime, we recommend downloading the Showtime Attendees report.
Copy the email addresses from that report and send an external email message to let the ticket holders know about the updated show day/time.
