Troubleshooting Shows

Issue: My Show isn't appearing on my web site

In order for a Show to appear on the web site, one of the following needs to be true

  • A future Start Date needs to be set for that Show if specific showtimes are not yet known,
  • At least one showtime has been added to the scheduler and opened for sale, and is not currently set as Open (Unlisted)

You may also want to check to see if your Upcoming Showtimes page is configured to list this type of Show.

To add a start date

  1. Go to Movies > All Movies
  2. Search for and select the movie in question
  3. If the Show starts on a specific date, go to Coming Soon > Start Date, enter that date, and select "Exact Date"
  4. If the Show will be taking place in a month but a specific showtime is not yet known, go to Coming Soon > Start Date, enter the first day of the month, and select Month Only.

Check your Upcoming Shows page configuration

  1. Go to Pages > All Pages, and visit Upcoming Shows, or the name of the page you expect to see this Show listed on
  2. Scroll down to Options > Types of shows to display
  3. Ensure that the category of the Show you wish to appear is checked in this section, then click on Update
