Stripe Card Reader
The Stripe card reader can connect to the internet via WiFi or an ethernet cable (for ethernet, the cradle is required). When you first log into the app, and when you press Reset, the app will send a message to the card reader to check if it's online. If it can't communicate, an error message will appear after 60s, and card reader functions will not be available (you can always manually enter a card number, even if the card reader is not available). To resolve the occasional card reader disconnect, press the Reset button in the top bar of the app (or log out/in), and the app will attempt to reconnect to the card reader. If it's successful, the card reader functions will become available again. If you're using the BBPOS WisePOS E, you can now configure it to Collect Tips.
