location sales > reports > order export available format(s) csv download dates available until the present the orders export report is a csv export of all orders on your site within a customizable date range you can specify a date range of orders to export, or leave the date pickers blank to export all of your orders after you have selected the appropriate dates, click on download csv each order that was made within the specified date range will be output on its own line, where the following data from each order is listed order id the unique id of the order date the date of the order customer first name the customer's first name customer email the customer's email address customer billing postal code the customer's billing postal code item the ticket, rental pass, or membership purchased type whether the order is for an online showtime or not qty how many items were purchased booking fees any booking fees charged for the order total the price of the items, plus booking fees note if an order contains more than one item, there will be one row per item in the orders export this means one order can result in more than one row in these cases, each row will have the same order id adding customer addresses and phone numbers if you collect customer addresses and/or phone numbers at checkout, then an additional column for each piece of data will be added to the default orders export columns listed above to enable this feature, navigate to settings > website in your dashboard, then to the checkout tab if the "enable mailing address fields on checkout page?" option is checked, then customers will need to provide their mailing address at checkout, and a mailing address column will be added to the orders exports if the "enable phone field on checkout page?" option is checked, then customers will need to provide their phone number at checkout, and a phone number column will be added to the orders exports
